4.1 TIS operating process TIS 操作流程 

4.1.1. Information Search on TIS - Choose your Model TIS信息检索 – 车型选择

 ● Click EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue)点击EPC – 电子配件目录 

 ● Find the SAP code using VIN (more accurate) or car model with its year使用 VIN（更准确）或汽车型号及其年份查找 SAP 编码

 ● Whenever possible, search for spare parts using the VIN number, as same part of same model might use different SAP number. 尽可能使用VIN搜索备件，因为同一车型的同一位置可能采用不同料号 

4.1.2. Narrow Search Scope – Choose spare parts 缩小搜索范围 - 备件大类选择 

 ● Click on the EPC side panel to find specific part in the subgroup 点击 EPC 侧面板可查找子集中的特定部件 

 ● Click on the details to display more information 点击详情可显示更多信息

 ● Add selected part to shopping cart 将选定的零件添加到购物车

4.1.3. Confirm Search - Check the details of Spare Parts 确认搜索- 确认备件明细

4.3.1. Define your order type 确认订单类型

4 types of orders 4种订单类型

 ● Click Create spare part order (most of spare parts) 单击创建备件订单 (绝大多数备件)

 ○ Regular Order 普通订单

 ○ Emergent order 紧急订单

 ○ Reservation order (Parts Pre-order for new launching car) 预定订单 (预定新发布车型备件)

 ● Click Special order creation for parts that are mostly liquids, batteries and items with explosive components 单击特殊订单选项创建订单，货物为多为液体、电池和含有爆炸成分的物品

 ○ Special order 特殊订单

 ● Click the tabs which related to the type of order 点击与订单类型相关的选项

 ● Click New 点击 New

4.3.2. Basic information 基本信息

 ● Make sure to fill the parts with* 请务必填写所有带 * 的部分

 ● Check delivery address (if need change the delivery address, please contact your regional manager 检查送货地址 (如需更换送货地址，请联系您的区域经理) 

 ● Choose correct order type 选择正确的订单类型 

*2 extra selections in Special orders 特殊订单中2个额外的选项

 ● If you need to put in motor No. or Battery No. 如果您需要添加电机编号或电池编号

 ● If it related to warranty claim. 如果需要质保索赔

4.3.3. Add Spare Part(s) 添加备件

3 ways to add spare parts 选择添加备件的 3 种方法：

 ● New –manual addition (Preferred) 点击新增按钮（优先）

 ● TIS Order Import* (Not Recommended)  点击TIS订单导入 *（不推荐）

 ● Import –excel upload (Preferred) 点击订单导入 （优先）

*Please note: TIS orders import is not suitable for Reservation order.

*注意：TIS订单导入不适用预定订单

 ✧ New – Manual addition点击新增按钮

 ➢ Enter "New" page 进入页面

 ➢ Fill in the filter if needed 如有需要，可使用筛选功能

 ➢ Click "Query" 点击查询

 ➢ Choose the spare parts you needed 勾选你需要的备件

 ➢ Click " Select" 点击选择

 ➢ Click on the quantity order to change 点击订单数量即可更改

 ➢ Click on save or submit review 点击保存或直接提交

 ✧  TIS orders import & Import - Import addition 导入备件列表 

 ➢ Download template to fill it and upload (Preferred) 下载导入模板填写并上传 (推荐）

 ➢ Directly upload from TIS* (Not recommended) 直接从TIS上传 * （不建议）

*Please note: TIS orders import is not suitable for Reservation order.

 ➢ Change quantity order for parts that are below minimum order quantity 更改低于最低订购数量的配件数量 

 ➢ Click Save or Submit Review (If click Submit Review, you cannot modify the order) 点击保存或提交(点击提交后不可更改) 

4.3.4. Check or Submit your order 检查 或 提交你的订单

 ● Click modify to change Saved order (Can only modify Saved order not Submitted order) 点击修改可更改保存订单 (仅限保存订单，已提交的订单不可更改）

 ● Click submit to allow do order review and reporting 点击提交以便于订单审核提交

 ● Click delete to remove order 点击删除即可删除订单 

4.3.5. Review Orders in DMS - DMS订单审核 

 ● Click Parts order review 点击订单审核

 ● Click on order number 点击订单号 

 ● Click Return to allow modification (Issue: Material Code, Material name, Quantities, Price) 

点击“返回”以允许修改 （原因：订单物料号，数量，物料名称，价格）

Or 或者 

 ● Click Approved 点击 “批准” 

4.3.6. Report Order in DMS 在DMS系统里批量提报

 ● Select the orders ( Only can report the order under " to be reported) 勾选订单 （仅可提报待上报订单）
