How to reset password

Scenario:

when the dms password is  lost or forgot , DMS passwd need to reset .

procedure :

1. Start

Click "Forgot the password" button to reset password 

2. Fill mandatory info

First and most important, please make sure you have used a correct and valid username to reset password, in our past experience, most of users use a wrong username to reset password, you will never arrive your destination if you start with a wrong way.

The Bound Email -- aka Verification email -- is the email address you use for receiving verification code, if you don't know what the email, contact your regional representitive for help, the service digitalization team have sent them the DMS accounts' password, bound email address and bound email password when setup the DMS accounts, they can find these information in their email inbox.

Click "Next", you can find the necessary information in the verification email

3. Get "the key"

Go to https://mail.partner.bydauto.com/ , 

4. Reset with the key and new password

New password must include number and English character, at least 8 char long, such as 1111AAAA
